M$MF KICK OFF SHOW FT. JOHN MORGAN —
On Friday May 23rd, the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar will launch into the Sixth Annual Million Dollar Music Fest weekend with a special Kick-Off show featuring rising star John Morgan.
With a style that’s defined by melodic grit and a craftsman’s approach to songwriting, the North Carolina native brings a blue-collar toughness to country that’s pulled straight from the only life he knows. Starting out as a talented bluegrass picker, Morgan is now “a Music City songwriting star” (Tennessean). His songs have been recorded by artists including Jon Pardi, Dustin Lynch, Thomas Rhett, and an outstanding 16 cuts from Jason Aldean, including the superstar’s #1 songs - “Trouble with a Heartbreak” and the GRAMMY® nominated, ACM Single of the Year “If I Didn’t Love You,” a duet with Carrie Underwood. Morgan’s most recent single, “Friends Like That,” (featuring Jason Aldean) reached #1 on the Country airplay chart.
Morgan recently made his Grand Ole Opry debut, and has logged hours on the road opening for the likes of Aldean, Riley Green, ERNEST, Chase Matthews, Nate Smith and Jameson Rodgers. His highly anticipated debut album, Carolina Blue, dropped this week to rave reviews.
A limited number of $100 reserved seats will be available for this full-band show, and General Admission tickets (dance floor open) are $25. MDMF Kick-Off Show tickets will be available starting Wednesday, April 30 (10am mountain time) at www.cowboybarjh.com.
