Walker Montgomery —

On Thursday July 24th, break-out honkytonk talent, Walker Montgomery, will return to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar for an encore performance after his triumphant debut, kicking off last year’s Million Dollar Music Fest. Tickets on sale June 27.  Previously chosen as an Artist to Watch by Country Now, The Boot, Music Mayhem Magazine and others, Walker is a singer/songwriter who knows a thing or two about family tradition. As the 26-year-old son of 90s hit-maker, John Michael Montgomery (who co-headlined the 2025 Million Dollar Music Fest), and nephew of Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery, Walker lives up to his heritage, and then some. With recent releases like “Almost, So Close, So Long, Goodbye,” “She Don’t Know,” “Bad Day to Be a Beer,” and the self-penned “Simple Town,” the honey-bourbon vocalist has surpassed 57+ million global streams. Walker’s recent release of one of his father’s signature hits, “I Love The Way You Love Me” has garnered more than 40 million views on his TikTok page. In December of 2023, he made his Grand Ole Opry debut and has recently hit the road with Cowboy Bar favorites Jon Pardi, Aaron Watson and Tracy Lawrence. “In 2024, Walker put on such an incredible show on the Million Dollar Music Fest stage,” talent buyer, Justin Smith, said, “we knew right away that we’d want Walker to return. His talent is perfectly suited for The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.”  Tickets go on sale Friday, June 27th at 10am (MT) and can be purchased online at cowboybarjh.com.  General Admission tickets are $25, and a limited number of reserved VIP and Lounge tables will be available for $75 - $100 per seat (sold by the table). The dance floor will be open to all ticket holders. Doors will open at 6:30pm, with the show starting at 8pm. The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, soon to enter its 90th year, is widely regarded as a national treasure and is regularly named one of the top honkytonks in the country. The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar is dedicated to its value and significance as an iconic live music venue in America, by presenting the most iconic names in country music. #saddleup.
